  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, clients, event organisers and users of the facilities at Nuva Stayz Private Limited ("Hotel").
  • By making a reservation, checking into the Hotel, attending an event or using any Hotel facility, the guest/client agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to amend its policies from time to time. The applicable terms at the time of booking or service shall apply.
  • Hotel services and facilities are subject to availability and operational requirements.

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Hotel.
  • A reservation shall be considered confirmed only after the Hotel has received the required advance/payment and issued a booking confirmation.
  • Guests are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking.
  • Any special request, including room location, adjoining rooms, bed preference, early check-in or late check-out, is subject to availability unless specifically confirmed in writing.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to modify room allocation to another room of the same or comparable category when operationally necessary.
  • Rates may vary according to season, occupancy, demand, packages, events and promotional offers.

  • Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests staying beyond the approved check-out time may be charged according to the Hotel's applicable policy.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in for all adult guests.
  • Foreign nationals must provide documents as required under applicable Indian laws and regulations.
  • The Hotel may request a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if required identification or payment/security formalities are not completed.

  • All guests staying at the Hotel must be registered with the Front Office.
  • Guests must provide correct personal and contact information.
  • Visitors entering guest rooms may be required to register at the Front Desk and comply with the Hotel's visitor policy.
  • The number of occupants in a room must not exceed the permitted capacity of the room category.
  • The Hotel may restrict unregistered persons from staying overnight.

  • Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
  • Extra-person, extra-bed or child charges may apply according to the applicable room policy.
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be followed for safety and regulatory reasons.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse occupancy exceeding the permitted room capacity.

  • Cancellation policies depend on the booking rate plan, package, season and booking source.
  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund unless otherwise approved by the Hotel or required by applicable law.
  • In case of a no-show, charges may be applied according to the confirmed booking terms.
  • Bookings made through online travel agencies ("OTAs") shall also be subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the respective platform.
  • Peak-season, festive-season, group, wedding and special-event bookings may have separate cancellation policies.
  • Any special cancellation terms communicated in the booking confirmation shall prevail over the standard policy.

  • All Hotel bills must be settled before departure unless a credit facility has been formally approved by the Hotel.
  • Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, including accommodation, food and beverage, banquet, spa, transportation and other services.
  • Applicable taxes, government levies and statutory charges shall be payable in addition to the applicable tariff wherever required.
  • The Hotel may require advance payment or a security deposit.
  • Any disputed charge should be brought to the attention of the Front Office before departure.
  • Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed according to the Hotel's refund policy and applicable payment processing timelines.

  • Guests are responsible for Hotel property provided for their use.
  • Removal of Hotel property, including towels, linen, electronic equipment, furnishings, crockery or other items, is prohibited.
  • The Hotel may recover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement for damage, loss or breakage caused by a guest, visitor, child, pet or event participant.
  • Damage charges may be added to the guest's bill or recovered from the applicable security deposit.
  • Guests must immediately report any damage or malfunction to Hotel staff.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Valuable items should be kept in the room safe, where provided, or deposited with the Hotel's designated safe-deposit facility.
  • Guests should not leave cash, jewellery, electronics or other valuables unattended.
  • The Hotel's responsibility for loss or damage shall be subject to applicable law.

  • Food and beverage services are subject to the Hotel's operating hours and availability.
  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain Hotel areas.
  • Guests with food allergies or special dietary requirements should inform the Hotel in advance.
  • Alcoholic beverages may only be served, purchased and consumed in accordance with applicable laws and Hotel policy.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service where required by law or where consumption creates a safety or disturbance concern.
  • Food or beverages supplied for events shall be governed by the applicable banquet/event quotation or agreement.

  • Swimming pool use is permitted only during the designated operating hours.
  • Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk.
  • Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
  • Appropriate swimwear is mandatory.
  • Running, pushing, diving from unauthorised areas and other dangerous activities are prohibited.
  • Glass bottles, glassware and other breakable items are not permitted in the pool area.
  • Guests must follow all pool safety instructions displayed by the Hotel.
  • The Hotel may temporarily close the pool for maintenance, cleaning, weather conditions, safety reasons or other operational requirements.
  • Guests must not use the pool while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair their ability to swim safely.
  • Any injury, accident or unsafe condition should immediately be reported to Hotel staff.

  • The gym is available during designated operating hours.
  • Guests must use gym equipment responsibly and follow safety instructions.
  • Proper sportswear and footwear are required.
  • Guests use the gym and its equipment at their own risk.
  • Children may use the gym only where permitted by the Hotel and under appropriate supervision.
  • Guests must not misuse, move or tamper with gym equipment.
  • Any damaged or malfunctioning equipment must immediately be reported to Hotel staff.
  • The Hotel may temporarily restrict access to equipment or the gym for maintenance or safety reasons.

  • Spa treatments are subject to appointment availability.
  • Guests are requested to disclose relevant allergies, injuries or other information that may affect treatment safety.
  • Guests should arrive on time for their scheduled treatment.
  • Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment time without a corresponding reduction in the treatment price.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling charges may apply depending on the treatment and appointment policy.
  • The Hotel/Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify a treatment where it reasonably believes the treatment may not be appropriate or safe.
  • All spa services are strictly professional.
  • Any inappropriate, abusive or unlawful behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service without refund, subject to applicable law.

  • Banquet bookings are subject to a separate quotation, event confirmation or agreement.
  • The client/event organiser must provide accurate details regarding the event date, timing, expected number of guests, food menu, décor and other requirements.
  • The banquet booking shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • The final number of guests must be communicated within the timeline specified by the Hotel.
  • Charges for additional guests shall be based on the applicable agreed rates.
  • Outside decorators, caterers, entertainers, DJs, photographers or other vendors require prior approval from the Hotel.
  • The client/event organiser shall be responsible for damage caused by their guests, employees, contractors or vendors.
  • Fireworks, open flames, loud music, amplified sound and other activities must comply with applicable laws and local regulations.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to stop any activity that creates a safety hazard, excessive disturbance or legal violation.
  • Banquet cancellation, postponement and refund terms shall be governed by the applicable event agreement.

For corporate, wedding, school, college, family or other group bookings:

  • A separate group confirmation may be required.
  • The Hotel may require an advance payment according to the group agreement.
  • A rooming list should be provided within the deadline specified by the Hotel.
  • Reduction in room numbers, cancellation and no-show charges shall be governed by the applicable group booking terms.
  • The group organiser shall be responsible for agreed group expenses and damage attributable to group members.

  • Smoking is prohibited inside non-smoking rooms and designated non-smoking areas.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Smoking inside a non-smoking room may result in additional cleaning/restoration charges.
  • Candles, incense, open flames, fireworks or unauthorised heating appliances are prohibited inside guest rooms.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
  • Weapons or hazardous items.
  • Explosives or inflammable materials.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Gambling or unlawful commercial activities.
  • Damage to Hotel property.
  • Activities that endanger guests or employees.
  • Harassment, violence or abusive behaviour.

The Hotel may take appropriate action and notify the relevant authorities where required.

  • Guests must respect the peace, privacy and comfort of other guests.
  • Excessive noise, loud music, disruptive parties or inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
  • Guests must follow any quiet-hour restrictions notified by the Hotel.
  • Threatening, abusive, violent or harassing behaviour towards guests or employees will not be tolerated.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable law.

  • CCTV/security systems may operate in public and designated areas of the Hotel for safety and security purposes.
  • CCTV is not installed in private areas such as guest rooms and bathrooms.
  • Guests are required to comply with reasonable security procedures.
  • Suspicious or unlawful activities may be investigated and reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • Guests should familiarise themselves with emergency exits and evacuation procedures.
  • Fire alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers and other safety equipment must not be tampered with.
  • Cooking and use of unauthorised heating equipment or open flames inside guest rooms are prohibited.
  • During an emergency, guests must follow instructions issued by Hotel staff and emergency authorities.

  • Parking is subject to availability.
  • Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.
  • Guests must not block emergency exits, access roads or other vehicles.
  • Guests should not leave valuable items inside vehicles.
  • The Hotel's responsibility for vehicles shall be subject to applicable law and the terms of the parking facility.

  • Any item found on Hotel premises will be handed over to the designated Lost & Found department.
  • Guests should report lost items to the Front Office as soon as possible.
  • Lost items may be retained for a reasonable period according to the Hotel's Lost & Found policy.
  • Any courier/shipping expense for returning an item may be payable by the guest.

  • Guests are expected to respect the natural environment and wildlife surrounding Jim Corbett.
  • Guests must not feed, approach, chase, disturb or attempt to interact with wild animals.
  • Guests visiting forest areas must comply with instructions issued by authorised forest/wildlife authorities.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for wildlife sightings or the absence there of.
  • Safari permits, routes, timings, entry and restrictions are controlled by the relevant authorities.
  • Safari cancellations or restrictions imposed by government/forest authorities may occur without control of the Hotel.
  • Weather, road conditions, forest closures and wildlife regulations may affect outdoor activities.

  • Safari, transport, sightseeing and other external activities may be provided by third-party operators.
  • Such services are subject to availability and the terms of the respective operator/authority.
  • The Hotel does not guarantee availability, timing, route or wildlife sightings for third-party activities.
  • Guests must follow all instructions of authorised guides, drivers and forest officials.

  • Wi-Fi and other digital services are provided subject to availability.
  • The Hotel does not guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity.
  • Guests must not use Hotel internet services for unlawful activities, fraud, hacking, copyright infringement or any activity prohibited by law.
  • Internet access may be restricted for security or operational reasons.

Pets are permitted only with prior written approval from the Hotel.

Where pets are permitted:

  • Pets must remain under the control of their owners.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning and any damage caused by pets.
  • Pets may be restricted from certain Hotel facilities.
  • Additional charges or deposits may apply.
  • The Hotel may withdraw permission if hygiene, safety or guest comfort is affected.

The Hotel reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse accommodation or terminate a guest's stay in cases including:

  • False or misleading information.
  • Failure to make required payment.
  • Serious violation of Hotel policies.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Threatening, abusive or violent conduct.
  • Deliberate damage to Hotel property.
  • Conduct that creates a safety or security risk.
  • Excessive disturbance to other guests.
  • Exceeding permitted occupancy.

  • The Hotel shall exercise reasonable care for the safety and comfort of guests.
  • The Hotel's liability shall be subject to applicable Indian laws.
  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
  • Guests are responsible for their own conduct and for the conduct of persons accompanying them.

  • The Hotel shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, severe weather, fire, government restrictions, forest restrictions, epidemics/pandemics, strikes, civil disturbances, utility failures or other force majeure events.
  • The Hotel shall make reasonable efforts to assist affected guests wherever practicable.

  • Guest information may be collected and processed for reservations, check-in, billing, security, guest services, legal compliance and Hotel operations.
  • Guest information shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the Hotel's privacy practices.
  • Guests should not provide unnecessary confidential information to unauthorised persons.

  • Guests are encouraged to report any service issue immediately to the Front Office or Duty Manager so that the Hotel can attempt to resolve it during the stay.
  • Complaints should be supported by accurate booking and contact details where required.
  • The Hotel will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate concerns promptly.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.
  • Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Hotel's location.

  • Nuva Stayz Private Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
  • The latest version shall be available at the Hotel or through the Hotel's official communication channels.
